This is a Configuration Management / Data Management analyst role, not a traditional software development or IT systems analysis role. 15-1211 (Computer Systems Analysts) is the closest available SOC code given the systems engineering, configuration baseline control, and technical documentation focus; 15-1299 (Computer Occupations, All Other) is a plausible alternative.
