LQ Logic ("we," "us," or "our") operates recruiting services for the mortgage industry, including the CheckMyReq platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our websites or opting in to communications, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us — name, mobile phone number, email address, and the role you're interested in — when you sign up for text messages, join our talent network, or otherwise contact us.
Consent records — the exact disclosure you agreed to, plus the date, IP address, and browser user agent of your submission, which we retain as proof of your consent.
Usage information — standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected when you visit our sites.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we send recurring text messages about career and job opportunities, interview scheduling, and application follow-up to the mobile number you provide, which may be sent using an automated system. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment or of applying for any position. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we use your information

To contact you about career and job opportunities, schedule interviews, and follow up on applications.
To operate, maintain, and improve our recruiting services.
To keep records required for compliance, including proof of messaging consent.

How we share your information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our messaging and email providers) under contracts that limit them to that purpose, and where required by law. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention & security

We keep consent records for as long as needed to document your consent and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.

Your choices
